Search for Common Ground (SFCG) is the largest peace-building NGO in the world, working to transform global conflict resolution away from adversarial approaches and towards collaborative solutions using both traditional and novel methods. Soliya leverages interactive technology and the science of dialogue to build a global community of young adults and improve relations within and between their societies. Based on their complementary programs, SFCG and Soliya began exploring a merger in 2014 with a consultant funded partially by a grant from the SeaChange-Lodestar Fund for Nonprofit Collaboration. Ultimately, the organizations decided to collaborate through a strategic partnership rather than through a merger.
