NPower is a nonprofit launched by Microsoft to train young adults from underserved communities with technology and digital skills to give them pathways to economic prosperity. NPower’s Arizona affiliate, which is no longer in operation, created the Total Technology Solution Project, which collaborated with nonprofits in the state to provide their technological needs. The Lodestar Foundation provided a grant to support the project.
