Global Rights for Women (GRW) works to end gender-based violence against women and girls. Battered Women’s Justice Project is a national legal resource center on civil and criminal justice responses to intimate partner violence. With the departure of several key GRW staff members and its founder approaching retirement, they decided to explore a merger as a solution for organizational needs associated with the succession. The SeaChange-Lodestar Fund for Nonprofit Collaboration provided a grant to help cover the consultant costs to explore merging.
