National Guild is a national membership association for providers of community arts education serving members across the country. Teaching Artists Guild is a practitioner-led membership community which aims to raise the visibility and development of teaching artists at the regional, state, national, and international levels to advocate for the work of teaching artists and to strengthen the arts education sector. Due to a persistent lack of funding and limited staff capacity, National Guild agreed to acquire TAG’s key digital assets – which form the core of its programming and support its advocacy work – as well as merge some of TAG’s existing program models into National Guild’s programming. The SeaChange-Lodestar Fund provided a grant to support the website integration and rebranding associated with the asset transfer.
