BAYS is a Florida-based nonprofit that supports youth and families through prevention, intervention, and diversion programs. BAYS is pursuing administrative partnerships with mission-aligned organizations to enhance programmatic impact and improve operational efficiency. It identified an affiliate model as the most effective structure to achieve these goals and is in the process of establishing the Inspire Change Alliance (“ICA”), which will be led by BAYS. All THAT is based in Columbus, OH and mentors underserved teenagers through academic support, life skills development, and career planning. All THAT expressed interest in joining ICA as its first affiliate. The SeaChange-Lodestar Fund provided a grant to support implementation activities to establish Inspire Change Alliance – a central administrative hub providing comprehensive back-office support to a network of nonprofit affiliates.
