Exploration of Shared Back Office Between National and Affiliate Spina Bifida Offices

Spina Bifida Association of America (SBAA) and eight of its affiliates, all with a shared mission to build a better and brighter future, are exploring a shared back-office arrangement, focused on a centralized CRM system. The SeaChange-Lodestar Fund for Nonprofit Collaboration provided a grant to help cover the exploration costs of a potential collaboration.
