Business Plan for Growth of Organ Donation Nonprofit

MatchingDonors.com, an organization started and run by one individual, matches altruistic organ donors with patients in need of transplants. In order to continue growing, the infrastructure of MatchingDonors.com needed to be formalized and expanded. The Lodestar Foundation provided MatchingDonors.com a grant to fund a consultant to develop and implement a business plan to create an infrastructure designed for organizational growth and sustainability.
