Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association and Central VNA and Hospice are committed to meeting the health needs of their patients, clients, and families. They both provide home health and hospice services in New Hampshire. In order to sustain high quality services, maintain the volume of staff and patients needed to thrive financially, and reduce overhead expenses, they are exploring a merger. The Lodestar Foundation provided a grant to help fund the cost of due diligence related to this merger.
