Syracuse Northeast Community Center (“SNCC”) provides wraparound services including a food pantry, diaper bank, senior and youth services, and workforce development programs. Northeast Hawley Development Association (“NEHDA”), promotes housing and financial security through tenant counseling, foreclosure services, and small business counseling. The organizations have decided to pursue a parent-subsidiary affiliation based on prior shared services agreements with each other. The SeaChange-Lodestar Fund provided a grant to cover implementation support costs.
