Leading Edge helps Jewish organizations improve their workplace culture and leadership. JPro strengthens professionals working in the Jewish nonprofit sector through education and community building. It also hosts CareerHub, a job board for the Jewish nonprofit sector. The organizations have a long history of collaboration and due to their similar missions and complementary strengths, they decided a formal merger was in their best interest. The SeaChange-Lodestar Fund for Nonprofit Collaboration provided a grant to help cover the financial and integration costs associated with the implementation of the merger.
